Best Western St. Clairsville Inn Suites

Travled a ok distance to be after paying to be told I can’t stay there because I’m only 18 wich it doesn’t say on *******, still waiting on my refund.

Had a really nice room at first. Tv and refrig didnt work. Moved us across the hall to smaller room. Smelled like animal pee and mildew. Carpet felt wet. I wasnt happy with this room at all. Pool was nice. Pool area needed picked up, more fresh towels, and air for those not swimming but need to watch their children. Opened windows, but told this effected AC. No ac in pool area. Pool hours were terrible. 9am to 10pm. Breakfast was so so. Not enough sitting area for breakfast. Staff very nice.

My overall day was good. The room I stayed in the tub function wasn’t working and the microwave was goofy to use. Breakfast was OK, a standard buffet breakfast. I do wish they had waffles instead of pancakes though. The staff was very helpful and the place isn’t too far from the mall and I-70. Once you get past St. Clairsville, the whole area has a Silent Hill vibe so make sure you have your GPS AND/or good phone coverage so you won’t get lost at night time which is very easy to do since for the most part there are no lights (lot of rolling hills) at night except for your vehicle. Was visiting Family with Family so I need a place to stay to fit mine. Would come back again.

I recently stayed at the Best Western in Saint Clairsville, Ohio, and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The front desk staff were fantastic friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home from check in. Housekeeping did an amazing job too; the room was always spotless, and they made sure we had plenty of towels every day. It's clear the whole team goes above and beyond for their guests. Breakfast was great as well, a nice way to start the day. Everything about the stay was comfortable and hassle-free. I'd happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Ample parking. The staff was courteous. The only issue i had was the interstate is super busy and loud. Im sure rooms on the back side are much quieter.

The phone in the room was unplugged from wall and the receiver. The sheets were dirty/stained, the chair had nail polish on it. The breakfasts were horrible. Also, did not get the expedient price. The staff was professional.

The room was clean. The king size bed could have been softer. The breakfast was limited, but the pancakes and danishes were good. The night check in and the check out staff was friendly.

Room was very clean. I was slightly disappointed about the waffle maker was removed from breakfast
