We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The ocean view right at the entrance is absolutely beautiful, and the location is perfect—very close to the Fisherman’s Wharf area, making it ideal for a relaxing walk and a coffee. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Although we didn’t get an accessible room, they kindly upgraded us to a larger room in a very convenient location, which made it much easier for my daughter to get around. We truly appreciated their thoughtfulness and excellent service.

Convenient location, within walking distance to all major local sites. Room is very modern and comfortable, with a kitchen equipped with many things. Insuite laundry and dryer is great as well.

It was my second time staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and tried their best to arrange an early check-in for me even though it was only about 30 -40 minutes earlier than the official check-in time. Ryan and the manager were both very helpful. The housekeeping staff were also super friendly. I accidentally went to the wrong building and they kindly helped me out. The hotel was clean and tidy as usual. However, there are two things I need to complain about. First, the TVs in the room were still logged into the previous guests Netflix accounts. I couldn’t find a way to log them out so I ended up using their accounts to watch a movie which was a bit weird and concerning. Second, the room door didn’t close properly. I didn’t realize it until I returned to the room a few hours later. I then figured out that you have to pull the door very hard to get it to fully close otherwise people can get into your room without access code.

Really enjoy the suite set up, cozy and clean. Cleaning service every 6-day could be a bit long. Our waterfront suite is so easy to access and to take a walk outside, very nice. The water pipes are a bit noisy at night while sleeping but acceptable, we drop back to sleep quickly.

The room and facilities were impeccable, very clean, and the location was excellent, right next to Fisherman's Wharf, making it very convenient. There were plenty of restaurants within a short walk. A large park is just to the left of the room, and the surrounding area is mostly residential, so it felt relatively safe. Everything was self-service; there was no receptionist.
