Overall good service, clean. Slight delay at check in due to room not ready at 3pm, but did not have to wait too long. Extended check out time was easy to accommodate.

Location is good. It is relatively close to the sky train and restaurants. However, the walls are thin and we can hear our neighbors walking and faucet running. The building is old with some renovations done. Could improve on the shower pressure and the air condition fan was noisy.
The description on our room was “courtyard view” but I got the view of the roof with some air units and rain water.
Staff at the front desk was courteous.
I think parking should have been included.

Transitioning from Vancouver to Toronto, stayed for the layover. Room is clean, nice neighbour, love the free shuttle service to and from the airport

The room that we got has accumulated dust, the bus that we are supposedly to ride didn’t picked us up and just past right us. We had to wait another hour for the next service bus to pick us up. I will never go back to that hotel ever!!!!

Shuttle was a feature to book with this hotel. There are no amenities or no mention of how I can get some. I had to run out to find toothpaste late in the evening.

Hotel is nice, location is good, but charge for 4 people to stay and only included two breakfast, doesn't make sense.

Everything was ok. But the swimming pool was out of service and it’s a bit noisy. Not really soundproof, you can hear neighbours taking.
