Stayed for one night as we have an early flight to catch. The free shuttle to and fro airport was the key reason for booking this hotel. Overall a pleasant stay, with a good touch of providing a duckie which you can take with you as a lovely gift of having stayed there.

Great location with free shuttle service to the airport. It’s close to Richmond area where there is an array of Asian cuisine and shopping malls. The hotel is clean and offer free coffee/cookies in the lobby

Room is spacious and clean, location is good just a bit noisy as it’s very close to traffic. Smart tv with YouTube and Netflix.

Room was clean and comfortable. We really appreciated being checked in early and having access to our room. Receptionist was helpful and polite with directions. However, the restaurant is closed, so no food available. Coffee and tea were available both in the room and the lobby. We also appreciated the airport shuttle every half hour. The driver was courteous, punctual and helpful with luggage.

Staff here is very nice. This is a good hotel for a short stay if you have a budget constraint, but do make sure you have a car to get around.

It is generally a good place to stay overnight. But the shuttle bus driver was so rude and  should never work for the hotel.

Staff is so kind to arrange connecting room for us. Also the hotel offers what we need, including cookie and drinks. It offers free airport shuttle and there is restaurant nearby. Duck in our bathroom is cute.
