The room was spacious and beautiful, with super comfy pillows and a mattress. I love the shampoo, conditioner, and lotions here because they smell so nice. Room also comes with robes and slippers. Although I didn’t get to use them, the pool, hot tub, and gym looked nice. The only thing that would have made my stay better was to have a water filler that provided hot and cold water that I could access on my own. Otherwise, it is a very nice boutique hotel, and that is why we returned.

It’s so clean and the pool and hot tube are just amazing!!! With the city view and blue light ! So high class and feels satisfying!!

Cool to see the planes as it is located near the airport

The facilities are relatively new, and the hygiene is acceptable. However, there's constant noise from the SkyTrain, cars, and airplanes outside. I chose this place for its proximity to my friend's house. Reason for not recommending: The cleaning staff steals money, so everyone beware.

Receptionist was really friendly and helpful! This is one of the best hotel in Richmond. Highly recommended

There are pros and cons to this place. This was a splurge for my last night in Vancouver. The thing that I was most excited about was the soaker tub with accompanying window with beautiful view. Well, whoever installed this particular tub was incompetent because it is backwards. It literally faces the wall. If you crick your neck to look out the window you will see a parking lot and buildings. Now if the tub was facing the way it should be you would simply be gazing out the window at a lovely view of the water and mountains. Additionally, the heated flooring in my room did not work. Next thought .. why would you make the toilet be in it's own room .. but with clear glass walls and door? Defeats the purpose. Sliding doors to a bathroom are also impracticable. Thankfully I was a solo traveler but if you're not, be forewarned! The service upon arrival was good. The lobby is small with not enough seating. Vacuuming outside my door at 8:30 am was a little jarring but thankfully I needed to be awake anyway. Upon check out, I informed them about the faulty floor heating and also said, "While I know this isn't your fault and you can't fix this you may want to know that the bathtub in this room is backwards." They didn't care lol. The airport shuttle was great. 👍🏼 Bed is comfortable. The robe and slippers were appreciated.

I'm giving this 0.5 stars because there's no option for 0 stars! The hotel service was absolutely terrible, and the check-in staff were dishonest. We were only told upon check-in that our booked room type was overbooked, with no apology or prior communication whatsoever. The staff condescendingly offered to downgrade us to a lower-category room but with one night of free parking (they lied, saying the parking fee for one night was more expensive than the price difference between the two room types). I told them I didn't need free parking and asked if we could get an upgrade instead, as there was a significant price difference between our booked room and the one they were offering. The staff then perfunctorily checked for availability and told us there were no upgrade options. So, I called Trip.com to help me negotiate a cancellation, and miraculously, the hotel staff suddenly found a better room type. It was completely contrary to what they had said earlier about having no available rooms for upgrade. Overall, there was no service to speak of, and it definitely didn't live up to five-star standards. The lobby was small, unprofessional, and even smelled of body odor. All the staff members were surly; they looked more like debt collectors than people in the service industry.

I chose this hotel because of its star rating, design, opening date, and location, but I was sorely disappointed. All three pillows were too high, and there wasn't a single soft one. The complimentary water in the room was filtered tap water, which I've never encountered in a self-proclaimed five-star hotel. The room was very noisy every time a plane flew by. I didn't get a single good night's sleep during my seven-day stay. And then there's the parking, which cost almost $50 a day with tax. The hotel corridors were an odd design, and the lobby was very small and stingy. Overall, this is the worst hotel I've stayed at in two years, hands down.

Nice hotel, location is decent if you have a car. Not particularly walkable.  Free shuttle service was pretty brutal, waited 30 minutes but no one showed up, so I had to use an Uber and they paid me back in cash. Disappointed with the experience I had with the front desk and the manager regarding this interaction.

Very close to the airport, and the room was okay, but the whole building's structure was a bit odd, lol.

Clean and close to Richmond and airport abit far from downtown but overall nice and big gym

Clean hotel with excellent customer service. Free shuttle service from/to airport. Just wish the shuttle service runs 24/7 for people with early flights. I recommend this place.
