The Studio@ Eanes Drug-Heart of the Historic District

We really enjoyed this lovely, well-appointed space in a great neighborhood. Street parking was easy, the bed was comfy, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. High-quality, locally roasted coffee was provided, as well as a standard coffee maker, french press, and grinder, which were all nice touches. If you're a light sleeper, it would be advisable to bring a noise machine and/or earplugs, plus a sleeping mask, as it does get normal street and bird noises. The thermostat only goes down to 70-71 degrees, in case that's an issue for you, but it does have a ceiling fan, which made it feel cooler.

Just stopping through on our way to the beach, but it was the perfect little place for my husband and I. We fell in love with Richmond and will absolutely be back, and we know exactly where we will be staying. The spooky coffee shop just around the corner really topped off this great quick trip.

We reserved this unit for our Pastor during his stay for our Wedding weekend in Richmond. He really enjoyed the Church Hill neighborhood and proximity to Chimborazo Park! We may reserve this unit for ourselves our next visit to Richmond.

Really loved this place and wish I had time to stay longer. Very well put together and feel value for the price. Location is great and the neighborhood was very quiet at night, especially for being downtown. Host was very responsive.

Great location. Beautiful studio. Thankful for the food recommendations - I walked half a block to a great dinner at The Hill. I highly recommend!

Everything was easy and beautiful staying at this lovely apt on Broad Street in Richmond, VA. Easy to communicate with the host, park right in front on Broad St., and check in to this clean fully equipped and clean apt for 2. The bed was comfortable. And the bathroom and kitchen were modern and tidy. My wife loved it! We'll be back!

Great location, very clean and organized, with easy parking! Very walkable neighborhood with a couple of great coffee shops. We loved it!

What a beautiful studio! Everything someone could possibly need, and then some! The kitchen was amazing! Such a great location and very cool neighborhood.

Beautiful studio for one or two people. Nice neighborhood with on street parking near unit. Well designed and comfortable. We had a question about the heat and had someone onsite in less than ten minutes. Full kitchen, nice shower, comfortable bed. No complaints.
