Decent place to stay. The parking lot has low clearance. Very dicey for SUV to get into.

Parking is 20$/day. There is a garage but clearance is maybe 73” w six exposed slots for oversized vehicles.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is excellent, close to downtown and near some great restaurants and local attractions. Free parking was a big plus, and I really appreciated that there was no extra charge for my service dog. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to start the day right. What stood out the most was the warm and welcoming attitude of the receptionist and staff — they made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

The room was outdated, the furniture was old and worn. But the front desk staff were helpful and friendly, the location is perfect and close to VCU campus.

If you’re traveling with family, smart tv is a must. They have cable tv. AC units keeps turning off even though room is still warm. Some bright side.. Breakfast is decent, WiFi ok.

It was much more spacious and comfortable than I expected. It was convenient to have a microwave in the room. Plus, contrary to my expectations, parking was free, which was great. However, the parking spaces are a bit small, so you need to arrive early to secure a good spot. The breakfast wasn't extravagant, but it was good. I took a couple of muffins and bananas to eat as snacks during my trip. I plan to stay at this hotel again.
