Hilton Richmond Downtown

It was okay! The surfaces in the rooms definitely needed to be wiped down. The fridge in the room was dirty. Not really any extra amenities or anything offered. however we didn’t see any bugs and it was a comfortable stay other wise. I wouldn’t say staff went above and beyond but they were kind when interacting with them.

Lovely historical hotel in the old Miller and Rhodes Department Store building in downtown Richmond. Loved the items on display from the old store. Wonderful service. Parked across the street instead of valet. Paid $12 for overnight 6pm-6am.using a credit card and then added time at 6 am on my park mobile app from my hotel room. Maybe there was another way but I couldn’t figure it out.  Loved the rooms high ceilings and really large tv. I stayed 2 days. They brought fresh towels and emptied the trash but didn’t make the bed. I walked everywhere from the hotel. Very nice place to stay.

The hotel was old with limited updates. The house keeping was dirty. Found spider web on the hair dryer and hair on pillows. No facilities. The receptions was slow. Restaurant in the hotel only open with limited hours. Very quiet after 7pm. No restaurants near by...

The hotel is in an excellent location. Staff are very nice as well!

I was not impressed. The pool was very dirty on the surface. There were towels on the floor and no staff to be seen. The room was very dark with no good lights. The breakfast was complicated and the vouchers were not given to me on checkin. Also the shower was cold for the first 3 nights and i had to move room. There was no responsibility taken by management for the shower issue and i was told everything was ok. Manager was not seen at all during my stay

The rooms were not very clean and my room was not cleaned during any of my 3 days stay. We were constantly asking for clean towels, toilet paper and garbage removal. The valet was rude; upon my arrival, they said I couldn’t unload my luggage or being at the hotel entrance unless I paid them. I had to ask for assistance at the front desk. The property doesn’t have self parking

Breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, the we really enjoyed the restaurant for a light meal

The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and pleasant. The wait time for breakfast seemed to be a little long but overall the experience was nice.
