I had a great experience at the Residence Inn. I was in town for the Business Travelers Association gala and was impressed by the organizers. The ****** night seemed to be a big hit and the auction was a great way to round off the fun. Andrea was particularly helpful and engaging with navigating the auction and telling me about the property and surrounding things to do in the area. I will absolutely be back! Thanks, Andrea.

Hotel was very clean and friendly staff. Cliff from valet was awesome 🤩. He saved the day finding and holding onto my keys I must have dropped in the garage. He was so friendly and helpful and saved the day as I could not leave the hotel without them.

First impressions are everything when you pull into a hotel for the first time in an unfamiliar city. Cliff and TC, the hotel’s valets, couldn’t be better ambassadors! Right away we felt welcomed and taken care of. Cliff is a dynamo of energy who would be an excellent entertainer, but shared that he’s a third grade teacher. What lucky kids! All of the hotel staff that we encountered were extremely friendly and seemed happy to be at work, which can be rare to find today. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of many attractions. Would definitely stay there again!

Cliff is a great face of your brand, very friendly and personable. Makes you feel welcome like old friends. Comfortable beds and large rooms. Would return again in future. Good location. Very friendly staff and clean grounds. Bar staff very nice as well.

Valet service was excellent, especially Cliff. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The gym was nice. The bedding is comfortable. Room was clean. Lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance. We had lunch at the urban farmhouse market which was delicious.

Cliff, the valet, was funny, friendly, and helpful. Who can say they got a free comedy act while loading their trunk? The hotel is conveniently located to the conference center & walking distance to tons of stuff too… but it’s all about Cliff!

Valet parking is wonderful and definitely worth the fee. My valet, Cliff, is exceptional. Intelligent, service oriented, friendly, and personable. A definite 10. I enjoyed my stay and conversations with the staff and guests. The hotel has good spaces for family time and conversations. Very relaxing, they see to all your needs and are responsive and helpful. I will stay here again.

Everthing was nice, but Cliff at the valet station was amazing... attentive and made me feel extremely comfortable. I would defibitely stay at this residence inn again in downtown Richmond. As a matter if fact I'll be rebooking in 2 weeks and this us it.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location is great and there are a lot of walkable options for food! All of the staff were friendly and helpful; parking with the valet was really simple and convenient. Yoshua and all of the other valets were friendly and responsive every time I needed to get/return my car.
