The Quirk is beautiful. Our room was spatious and well designed. It was unfortunate that our room did not have blackout curtains and was east facing. The heater sounded like a Cesna. Great space to hang out, horrible for sleeping.

Cute boutique hotel right in the heart of Richmond, walking distance to a lot of places, easy to get to and from by car. Valet was easy to use and friendly. Rooms were cute and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. When we asked if we could extend our stay another day they said “no problem,” and they even gave us our original rate. What we had at the bar/restaurant was good, we had coffee/breakfast and apps/drinks. The room even came with a white noise machine - which leads me to my only complaint: our room was a little loud. Granted we were right next to the elevator, the majority of the noise seemed to be the windows, possibly the wind. But other than that, great stay. Would definitely stay again.

A beautiful hotel. All staff I encountered were professional, kind and efficient. Fast to help me with any requests and assisted wirh my last minute check in. The room was spacious and I enjoyed the pink motif (a pink remote and refristerator, white noise sound machine)! The bathroom was large and the bed/pillows comfortable. The valet, fromt desk team, bartender Noah, everyone was wonderful. I had the short ribs which were delicious. Would absolutely stay here again.

Such a great stay! Wonderful, clean rooms. Quirky/cute decor. A very good dining option onsite. Tasty food, wine, and cocktails. My new go-to hotel when I’m in Richmond!

Super accommodating, they gave me an early checkin bec I had to be somewhere nearby and didn’t want to drag my luggage to the event. Everyone so helpful, lobby very attractive, great coffee kiosk, cute gallery shop, and the room was spacious and stylish. Comfy beds! Highly recommend

I’m a fan of the Quirk in Charlottesville and tried the Richmond location for the first time. Also delightful. HVAC unit was a little loud at night but just turned it off. Easy to park in the area around the hotel and some nice dinning options in Richmond.

Despite requesting five times, housekeeping never came. We’ve stayed here several times in the past, always loved our experience until now. Hopefully just a one-off experience.

What a cute Hotel. The staff was attentive, responsive, the Bar had really great cocktails at a great price, the rooms were spacious, super clean with all necessary amenities.
