Hampton Inn & Suites Richmond-Downtown

Very comfortable and spacious room. Excellent location. Would definitely stay here again

Had absolutely no hot water to shower with and our comforters on both beds had questionable stains on them. Extremely disappointed with my stay here. Unfortunately, I would not stay at this location again.

******* listing states there is a heated rooftop pool-there is no pool. Otherwise a pretty typical reliable Hampton Inn location.

Parking is a hassle and I had difficulty finding entrance and lobby. I am not used to downtown buildings.

Hotel was in a good location; near public transportation; breakfast was good & variety of items; housekeeping was not done unless requested; AC (in room) was out for most of my stay.

The a/c fan rattled the entire 3 days There was no lighting in the bedroom, except for lights by the headboard. That made it impossible to do anything in the bedroom that required any type of light at all. There was no makeup mirror in the bathroom The curtains did not close to block out light There was no drawer space for clothes. Will not return!

It served the function of being a hotel in a convenient location. The entrance is a bit hard to find since it's down the hallway and there's not much signage. Elevators are kinda weird but that's just personal preference

The parking is a bit tricky so are the elevators. Once you figure it out its a nonissue. Super clean and beautiful with i could have stayed longer.

Overall a very nice hotel and very good value with a nice rooftop bar / restaurant. Room was plenty big and had anything you need. Also a good location in Richmond. Breakfast is included but leaves a bit to be desired. Also the reception desk was unattended in the morning.
