Courtyard Richmond Scott’s Addition

The hotel was clean enough. The service at check in was ok. At night it was very noisy with the person next to us playing loud music banging around and yelling with friends until 3:30. Also, the road was very noisy with cars racing up and down the street. In the morning, the attendant selling breakfast appeared annoyed and didn’t want to engage a minor request for a lemon wedge.

Great hotel, beautiful. Only downside was the hours for the pool. It works have been nice if it opened before 9am.

The parking is shared with the apartment building that is basically on the property. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great. There was an indoor pool Only ... would have liked an outdoor pool.

Arrived and no one was in the lobby or at the desk. We waited a while then finally found someone. A man with huge fake breasts came out, didn't acknowledge us other than asking for ID and credit card. Made no eye contact. Handed us the room key and that was it. Worst customer service we've experienced at a hotel. Also parking on ******* is listed at $12, but hotel had a handwritten sign saying parking was $15. Definitely staying somewhere else next time we're in area.

Cafe food was very good, taste & quantity. We arrived late in day, disappointed in room when spotted past occupants left over towel on bathroom floor & left over food in fridge,

Parking was not free and not enough spaces. Adjacent spaces belong to other building so your car would be towed if parking in those spots but they are not marked with tow signs. For $240/night hotel room I expect free convenient parking and breakfast! Coffee was $3 in the a.m. Parking was $20. We entered the hotel around 11pm and left at 5am. Nearly $300. 😞

Excellent property. Only hit was there was a piece of wood coming off the ceiling.

The hotel and staff were great! Particularly liked Landi and Molly. The mini fridge in the room wasn't plugged in when we got there, but that is seriously the only thing that was slightly off. Great stay.
