Very good. There is heating. The hot water is also very hot. The breakfast is also good. There are muffins, bread, milk, coffee, apples, some toast and jam. It is a suitable place to stay when traveling.

The room was different from what was booked. Maybe it was because I requested to be on the first floor so that it would be convenient for me to take my luggage. Other things were ok. The breakfast was simple, the service was good, and there was a gas station next to it.

Check in was great. Jada was so accommodating with our special requests and walked us to our room to make sure it met our needs. The room was spacious and clean, very comfortable. She also recommended a great restaurant for dinner for us. Breakfast in the morning was standard Choice fare. We enjoyed our stay.

There are worse options in Ridgecrest, but this Quality Inn doesn't seem to meet the brand standards. The bed sheets seemed clean, but the comforter was clearly thin and very old. There was water pooled behind the toilet when I checked in, which seemed strange for a high desert hotel with low humidity. Air conditioner struggled to get the temperature down in the room. Overall hotel was ok, but the dirty furniture in the lobby really was disappointing. Basically the hotel really needs an update.

I stayed here for two nights for business in March. No issues encountered. Rooms are easily accessed. Internally , they are clean and have standard amenities like microwave and mini-fridge. Room was clean, bed comfortable and didn't appear to be worn down. Internet worked without issues. Water pressure was adequate. Good location on the main street. Walmart Superstore and fast food a few blocks away. Would gladly stay here again.
