3rd floor feels like building is going to fall in. The floor is up then down then back up again. Horribly buckled in spots. Bathtub has soap ring - disgusting. A bullet hole in the window. If we didn’t just get in at midnight we wouldn’t have stayed. We left first thing in morning and cancelled the rest of our stay there.

Nice room set up. Dirty wash cloth in tub, air would not regulate at all. Didn’t have garbage bags. Getting towels for the amount of people in room was a process. Breakfast was good! Staff was friendly and helpful but out of supplies, clean linens is not a fun process!!

Concept of two bedroom was great as siblings were in town together for a funeral. But it was dirty and dated. Went to the front desk to ask for cleaning supplies to at least wipe down surfaces and they told me they couldn’t help me and that I should go to Walmart to buy some cleaning supplies. Told the manager the next day and he seemed genuinely concerned but offered no compensation, points, etc. won’t be back.

Service staff was excellent wonderful breakfast, nice and clean rooms but only had one problem with the weekend management Sunday morning. A storm came through overnight, lightning stick knocking out hot water Saturday night, no one was told that there was no hot water also had a problem getting towels the same morning. Yet no one instructed us of the Hot Water problem until after calling preparing to shower before leaving.

This was by far my favorite stay on the way to my hometown in Nashville!
It’s the halfway mark between Houston and home and was quiet, clean, stylish setting, great water pressure, excellent breakfast, the staff was friendly and welcoming!
We will make a stop here every trip home to TN!

Our stay was great! We loved the remodel - everything looked amazing, and I loved the blue doors. Breakfast was very good - eggs, sausage, waffles, scones, all kinds of offerings. The room was very nice and clean. I definitely recommend this place!!

The suite was very roomy, clean and luxurious. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Only problem was one of the two TVs had a dead remote and no replacement batteries at the desk. Clerk apologized, but we had the second TV which worked well.
