Very bad customer service!! No curtain in the Bathroom, opposite flat can clearly see inside, and shower head had problem, Water kettle was dirty inside. Apar**ent for 4 people without a proper table and 2 chairs only. Unacceptable!! The most outrageous part was one of our kid vomitted at night and we called the emergency number for help to get a clean bedding. No one answer. Kindly suggested the onwer to keep a spare bedding in the apar**ent, we got a very rude answer. The answer was"In which hotel doing it". (We travelled a lot and most of the hotel or pension has spare bedding) PRICE IS UNREASONABLE WITH THIS RUDENESS. NEVER AGAIN! NOT SUITABLE FOR FAMILY!
