Premier Inn Manchester Airport (M56/J6) Runger Lane North

Actually this hotel was just soso, and I didn’t recommend to live in this hotel, but it was convenient to go to the airport

Room is clean, no frill set up is good for environment. Just provide what we need for a short stay. Restaurant staff efficient, check-in fast. But wish the receptionist told us there will be charge of £4.5 per person for but to airport. We didn't know until we got off bus at terminal and driver asked us to pay

Was my first time at Premier Inn and i was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Since there are two hotels on site, I wasn’t sure which ones i was to be in so my Uber driver had to wait while i went inside the hotel. I walked right past the reception desk ( easy to miss bc its so small) and went to kiosk but wasn’t being successfully with it. So teh employee at teh reception desk came over and asked if her could help and checked me in in a heartbeat, allowing me to dismiss the Uber driver. Then the same employee not only helped me with my luggage, but took it up in the elevator for me, and the whole time he explained the amenities of the hotel. Once we reached my room, he continued to show me how the key and electricity works, etc. He also arranged for my airport shuttle in the morning. I’m sorry I can’t remember his name but he was excellent on customer service!!! The room was large and clean as was the bathroom. The TV automatically turned itself on and I had a hard time finding how to turn it off- no instructions or remote, etc. Although I didn’t use the coffee supplies, the fact that you had liquid milk/creamer for the coffee was a pleasant surprise. My only complaint was that the bed was too soft and the pillows too hard. I also could have I used a blanket and top sheet but turned on the heat instead to be comfortable. I did not use the restaurant or order any room service.

Great value

Quite the rudest, most "damn you for visiting" members of staff I've ever come across..and I've travelled Britain on business. 1 particularly perfunctory individual of East European origin in the restaurant would be quite funny if I was watching on telly. I swear she'd launch the plate from 3 meters if she could get away with it. But if that's "your thing" enjoy!

I was really pleased with my stay here, rooms were very clean and quiet for being next to airport. Food was great, staff friendly restaurant was a really nice environment especially when travelling alone felt very safe here with additional swipe card access to floors.

The location and price are what makes this hotel a good choice for a pre flight stay over. The rooms here are now a bit dated. Its a shame they don't have any Premier Plus rooms at this hotel. We reserved a table for dinner by email prior to our arrival. Sady this hadn't been done, but we were able to book when we arrived. The menu in the restaurant is quite limited. the food is average.

Was a really nice stay staff very pleasant, the staff was very friendly and quick, food service was really good.
