The hotel was great. Very close to the airport to easily walking distance. I arrive late and the room was ready. The bed was comfortable and clean in the bathroom was great. The breakfast was delicious. Everything I needed. A great place to stay if you need to take an early flight from Manchester Airport.

Breakfast great, cookie given on arrival, close to airport and train station, but a/c was loud and Manchester was hot that day which meant a restless night of sleep. Otherwise good.

Overall okay.The room is quite spacious and everything needed is provided. One thing need to be improved, the water pressure of shower is low,which makes my bathing experience unpleasant, In terms of breakfast,it has great variety of choices and good taste.the location is not the best,since it's 10mins away from airport

If you enjoy freezing rooms, uncooperative staff, in effective heating, no extra blanket provide, no drinking water in the room, and paying extra for everything, this is your place. Otherwise, run

I only stayed one night, and it was comfortable, clean and quiet - everything I needed before flying back to Australia from a Manchester Airport hotel.

Despite claiming to be Chinese-friendly, the front desk staff were extremely polite to white guests and proactively offered them water. When checking in Chinese guests, they didn't even bother to make eye contact and didn't offer water. We had to ask for it ourselves, and were only given one bottle per person, with them remarking that it was complimentary anyway. This felt incredibly petty and frankly, ******. I won't be returning and will advise my friends back home to steer clear of Hilton.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Manchester Airport after arriving back from our holiday in the early hours. The hotel made everything so easy and stress-free, which was exactly what we needed after a long journey. The check-in was smooth and welcoming. Our room was immaculate, spacious, and very comfortable, providing the perfect place to rest. What really stood out was the level of service, the staff were warm, professional, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Despite the late hour, nothing was too much trouble. It was the ideal end to the last leg of our trip, and we would happily stay here again whenever travelling through Manchester Airport.

It was a good stay. The only issue we found was that we were given the accessible room and when taking a shower, the floor wasn't the correct gradient / level to let the water drain so it was literally flooded in the bathroom until I swept it up with a towel, really deep water, and it smelled damp.
Breakfast was an extra 15 pounds but very good.
In all, a fine stay for a quick layover.

The location is just 10 minutes walk from Manchester Airport Terminal 1. The room is clean but there is no fridge at all. It is a bit out of expectation that the bar and restaurant in the hotel are actually look exactly as its conference halls, I think they just put tables and chairs there in café setting and make it the restaurant, no any decent lighting, furniture, decorations to boost an dining atmosphere, not even sounds like a place for breakfast. You can see from the picture the venue can be reverted back to a conference hall just removing the table sets. A bit disappointed for the dinner of the night's stay as it is at hotel pricing, food is just ok. If you don't want to eat in the hotel, there is nothing close by unless you travel to other areas, the closest walkable location is the airport or the train station.

Negatives:
1. Sewage smell all night in room
2. Shower gel empty
3. Shower location being side of the shower is unsafe and uncomfortable to shower
4. Shower is weak
5. Beds uncomfortable- mattress to lumpy and springy, pillows too soft
6. Blood on the single couch bed
7. Room for 3 but only accommodate for 2. Towels were OK, with a spare towel in the wardrobe
8. The room looked like it was used already that day
9. Charged us for parking and when enquired about airport shuttle she said there is also a charge for that.
10. Asked for toothbrush as my wife forgot hers but they said they don't have and said no shops nearby.
Positives:
1. Staff friendly
2. Nice touch at checkin with the warm cookies
3. Also nice map by the elevators but why is Lebanon the only country on the map that is abbreviated as LEB? It's very strange ??
Definitely not a standard of 4 stars Double Tree. Maximum this location should be is 2 stars

We stopped here just got the night and honestly couldn’t fault. We came in and got free warm cookies the bed was SOOOO comfortable. Breakfast was really nice as well in the morning.
