For the price it is a very good hotel to stay. It has all you need for a vacation with a friend or business stay. It is clean, quiet and the location is very good close to subway, Flamengo beach and a lot of restaurants nearby. Front desk workers were extra friendly and nice.

Twin bed was difficult to sleep in. They need to upgrade and make double / queen beds the standard in every room.

The hotel was simple with good breakfast. But he didn't have any space to stay outside the bedroom. Just the waiting room. The biggest problem I think was the lack of a safety bar in the bathroom stall. And the mattress is too soft. And the air conditioning is very noisy.

Quando chegamos o quarto reservado estava como casal e a reserva era de quarto família para quatro pessoas. Teve que arrumar um outro quarto na hora. Ficamos esperando na recepção até arrumar o quarto. Faltava sabonete , xampu . O quarto tinha um ar condicionado barulhento e a cortina era velha e não vedava a luz do sol.

O hotel não atende aos telefonemas durante a noite para cancelamento/alteração de reserva. Precisei esperar até o dia seguinte e não consegui alterar porque tinha passado do prazo. O hotel falou que precisava do aceite da plataforma e a plataforma dizia que precisava do aceite do hotel. Ou seja, o cliente que se ferra numa dessas.
