Easy location. At the beginning of Copacabana, so, coming downtown, you won't go through the hellish traffic of the neighborhood. Shower takes a long time to heat up, waste of water is huge. Dripping faucets.

Very noisy, could not sleep the hole night cars and motorcycles buzzing, also lots of conversations on my floor from 6am. To get worst, I had to deal with the disappointment of my kids when they saw the swimming pool, completely green and completely different from the picture posted on *******. I have both pictures saved in case you want to see with your own eyes. I asked for a higher room and opposite to the street but they only had 1 room facing the street. On the end I asked them to end my booking 2 days ahead of the original day but they refused to refund me for these last 2 unused days. I simply checked out without any refund and will now check with a lawyer how to approach this situation. They destroyed my final days in Rio de Janeiro.

I had a somewhat nice stay. I accidentally left a necklace behind and the hotel confirmed they have it but won’t respond to any messages about getting it returned to me. I’ve offered to pay all costs but no response. Very disappointing

Location is convenient. Close to the beach. Copa is somewhat seedy but not to bad. Hotel older but they have upgraded some rooms that are suitable. Gotta make sure they don’t put you in one that’s older. I’d give it 3 1/2 stars

The staff did not speak english, the room was dusty and worn down. All over a bad experience. We had to book a new hotel. Breakfast was OK.

The building is a little old and the A/C in the room was very noisy. Otherwise everything was good. The breakfast was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
