Breakfast less option.

I stayed on the second floor. Given the security situation in Brazil, after checking my room, I found the balcony door lock was broken. I had to use my phone charging cable to tie the handle and make a knot. Luckily, it was only for one night, so I just let it go.

The hotel is quite old, but the rooms are spacious and clean. One row of rooms faces the sea with a great view, and there are many restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The only downside is that they kept rushing me to check out, probably because they have a lot of guests.

The only thing that left something to be desired was the check-out, which is very early at 11 am, while many hotels in the area go until 12 pm, and sometimes we even managed to get it until 1 pm… I say this because I've stayed in other hotels in the area… That's the only thing that left something to be desired. We stayed in the back apartment with a wide view where we could see the sunrise and a bit of the beach too.

Very rude employees. Unfortunately I had problems with my stay and they didn't care and helped resolve them. There is no empathy in this hotel, management should review its employees at reception.

The breakfast does not have a good layout for moving around the room, the buffet is located in various positions in the room. Room service drinks are expensive and parking is expensive, there is no rotating parking option. The pool, despite being well presented, has a ladder that for heavier people can break and make you look like a fool in the pool. The restaurant has few dish options and prices are a bit out of line with others in the region.

Excellent hotel, incredible breakfast and very good prices. The only negative point is the Wi-Fi which sometimes doesn't work.

Our stay was very good, we didn't have any negative points, check-in and check-out were very quick, the room was super organized and clean, the breakfast was also very good, with a lot of variety. The only observation is that check-in and check-out times could be better.

Great room! Spacious and with a beautiful view. Very good service from the staff.

We just don't like the coffee very much.
