Friendly and comfortable hotel. Has a small swimming pool, decent breakfast. Despite being in a fairly bustling area my room was quiet.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. A few minor issues, especially for the safety, made the stay overall not that pleasant.

The room is very nice with modern amenities in a renovated old building. People are kind and helpful but the waiting time at the front desk is always very long. The location seems a bit noisy and messy at first but everywhere in Rio are similar so it’s fine.

The location is good, walking distance to most of the places n centro. 2 big supermarkets located right opposite hotel which make it very convenient. Breakfast was basic but goid enough to stay your day. Value for money

A decent, budget-friendly hotel in a central location, making it easy to get around on foot. It's not in a particularly attractive area, but it's perfectly adequate for a short stay and an overnight stay. Breakfast was good; I recommend going early, as it gets quite crowded after 10:30 and can be uncomfortable. The staff was average and polite. There was no shampoo in the room. Overall, a good option for the price and location if you're not looking for luxury.

The bed, they said it was a double bed, was actually two single beds side by side with a hole in the middle, and I had a problem with a check-in delay of about 2.5 hours.

I recommend it! The service is excellent! I will definitely stay there again in the future!

The hotel is located in the slums of Rio, with dirty and messy surroundings, and homeless people and beggars lying at the door. The hotel facilities are old and the sanitary conditions are worrying. There is no elevator from the lobby to the first floor, which is very inconvenient for guests with luggage. Although the breakfast room is not small, the dishes are monotonous and the choices are limited. In addition, the sound insulation of the windows is very poor, and the constant noise of cars and noise outside makes it difficult to fall asleep. It is regrettable to stay in this hotel. It is recommended that Ctrip should be cautious in selecting such hotels when signing contracts.

The reservation was for a double bed room but when we arrived at the hotel they had booked the wrong room with twin beds. But after some time and insistence, they fixed the room. Good breakfast. Other than that, the stay was good. Large and comfortable room. Shower with hot water working. Mini fridge freezing. There's just a lot of traffic noise on the street. The TV only got Globo and nothing else. That was the very negative point. A hotel of this size does not have cable TV. I'll take a Chromecast next time.
