It's nice because it's close to Copacabana Beach, and the surrounding security is also good. Wi-Fi doesn't work well inside the room, but works well outside the room.

Excellent, very good room service, wonderful service and excellent breakfast.

Definitely not a 3star hotel. More like a hostel. If it doesn’t say “private shower” it means shared toilet and shower. Bed with cheap mattress. Don’t bother if you expect 3 star level comfort. Staff is nice, location is great, but horrible facilities.

Customer Services excelent, very friendly, breakfast is excelent. The lockers in the doors very bad and dificult to open or close the doors, should be replaced. Anyway for short time hotel it was okay and affordable.

Very basic cleaning, at times undone bathroom. None of the staff speaks Spanish, at the time everyone comes up from the beach you will surely take a bath in cold water. The breakfast was complete but very little varied. The location is the plus point and that it is on a “private” street that has a few tables to be there in peace.

My assessment is one of the best. Everything went perfect, we liked the service and commi**ent of the employees. Another point that I highlight is the location, which is excellent. I'm planning to return in August 2023.

Super attentive staff, varied breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. Perfect location close to the beach, reserved. Nearby shops and banks, supermarkets... Just thank you....

Customer service is very good, but the rooms are not like the ones in the photo and breakfast takes place outdoors where there are several pigeons.

When I went to the hotel I had a super comfortable experience, with a great breakfast. A simple and very well located hotel. Despite the renovation that was taking place during my stay, I was very well looked after. I would definitely revisit!
