Abscence of hot water for coffee inside the room sucks and location is for blind tourists coming by car lol 😜

I stayed for 2 nights or planned to stay for 2 nights. There was a problem with the rain so my whole room got wet. All my clothes, passport, camera, phone got wet and they just left it like that in one place while I wasn’t there. They told me I’m going to get the number of the manager but it was very hard to get in contact and here after 10 days I still didn’t get a real answer after one small call( not even the manager) I should get a refund and compensation. I didn’t even get the option for a new room because “there weren’t any available” so I was just awake in my wet room where I couldn’t stay on the bed because it was still dripping everything

We booked the room for a queen bed, they put us in a room with a mini double bed, we asked and they said there were no more rooms available. That was the one I had. I'm 1.93m tall and the other person is 1.88m tall, so we opted for a bigger bed or a double bed. The room smells like air conditioning is blowing and splashing onto the bed. We paid a lot for something that isn't really what they advertise, we're lying here unable to sleep because the bed doesn't fit us. Try it. Talking to the trip without success, the first time I use the application and they left a lot to be desired, I do not recommend it. Terrible hotel

Unfortunately, the photos on the page don't even come close to the real situation I found. I stopped making reservations at other hotels that even had a better price, unfortunately the experience was terrible.

Mediocre hotel! RUN AWAY Non-compliant photos; very old establishment! Stained sheets; small and dirty bathroom

They made me pay twice for the reservation, and getting a refund was a pain. I had to threaten to take the company to consumer protection agency. Very small room, pillows very high and hard. The bed is a rock. Run away!

The counter staff didn't speak any English and didn't change the towels or clean the place. Never go there. The surrounding area is also unsafe.

Like the service and cleaning and a very top breakfast, but the location leaves something to be desired, the street is a little empty at night
