Serviço de limpeza muito ruim. As dependências do hotel estão nem precárias em quesito conservação. Quartos com cortinas e lençóis sujos. Toalhas de banhos são desfiadas. Mobílias dos quartos bem acabadas. Ar condicionado com goteiras em muitos quartos. Café da manhã é bem básico.

Pela segunda vez consecutiva nao tinha toalha no quarto. Dessa vez levaram mais de uma hora para repor a toalha e foi preciso descer na recepcao tres vezes para que atendessem a solicitacao.
Check-in tem levado uma media de 30 minutos na fila até ser atendido.
No mais, tem um quarto bom, boa cama e bom café da manhã.

Localização é legal, por ser centro do RJ... Atendimento legal, apesar de ter de insistir para conseguir um edredom... Limpeza tem que melhorar muito. Quarto legal, só não tem frigobar e caso precise usar a cadeira por longo período de tempo, não rola, muito desconfortável.

Infelizmente presenciei a decadência do hotel ao longo de 5 anos, mas desta vez bateu recorde a reclamação no geral é focada na falta de empatia ou acolhimento, até mesmo respeito com o consumidor, meu checkin foi constrangedor, os quartos sem manutenção, sem frigobar e por fim inventaram de culpar agência trip por não deixar claro que minha reserva estava paga para dois hóspedes, uma questão de leitura de comprovante foi mais fácil desmoralizar o consumidor e agência.

Boas instalações, porém é nítida a intenção dos proprietários em economizar.
Desde a falta de um frigobar no quarto até a utilização de toalhas puídas.
Comida razoável no café da manhã, sem muita diversidade de opções.
No jantar boas opções para quem não quer enfrentar os barzinhos da redondeza.
Porém, o custo baixo é bastante atraente.
