The location and breakfast of the place is fantastic! Very good value for the money

Ótimo hotel

Terrible maintenance broken intercom, it was exchanged for another one and they left the broken one on the side, air conditioning wetting the whole room, a waterfall on top of the suitcases, we were asked to fix it and the technician came and tidied it up and left everything in the room dirty and leaking in the same way !! The apartment was cleaned at 7:00 pm after requesting it twice!! Dirty face towel!! A trash

Very good breakfast and close to the beach in a fairly safe area.

The hotel is excellent, very close to the beach and in the heart of Copacabana, excellent cleanliness and attention from the staff, but also a very good breakfast. The only problem we had was one day when the power went out for a while at night , and that other days some elevators did not work due to mechanical damage. However, I have no complaints, as I said before, everything is excellent.

The hotel is very well located both close to Copacabana beach and also to the Siguera Campos metro station. I advise you to take a superior double room. We have stayed at this hotel twice: - once in a standard double room which was really tiny and whose view overlooked a wall, not great! - once in a superior double room which was much more spacious with the added bonus of a view of the Corcovado (maybe we were lucky :)) The breakfast is in the form of very well stocked buffets: cakes of all kinds, delicious fruit cut into pieces, scrambled eggs, bacon, quiche and some Brazilian specialties (small salted baths) The roof-top is pleasant with the possibility of having a drink or having something to eat. There is also a swimming pool where it is possible to do a few lengths and deckchairs all around. I recommend this hotel in a superior double room for a stay in Rio.

It was worth the experience, close to everything, I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel incrível, cama fofinha, quarto cheiroso, café da manhã com muita diversidade. Hotel é perto de tudo !

Achei o hotel bem localizado apesar de não ter achado tão proximo da praia. O atendimento do hotel foi bem ruim. Nos colocaram em um quarto no 1º andar com janela para um poço de luz. Hotel com 3 elevadores e apenas 1 funcionando. Fiquei mais de 15 minutos tentando descer com minhas malas no elevador. Desci na recepção para pedir ajuda do funcionário, mas sem sucesso. No Rio de Janeiro todas as tomadas são 110V e eles colocaram tomada 220V, não emprestavam ferro, obrigando a contratar o serviço de lavanderia. Sejamos realistas, as roupas na mala amassam e todos os ferros vendidos em loja eram 110V e a tomada 220V, sem logica alguma. Praticamente obrigando a contratar o serviço da lavanderia para passar a roupa, coisa que não era barato. Eu realmente não foi de reclamar desse tipo de coisa, mas achei o atendimento bem ruim, bem ruim mesmo!

The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is mediocre. Definitely does not cater to all cultures. But the reason that I am giving this hotel two stars is that they do not have one microwave for the guests to use. Not a single microwave In any guest room or in any shared spaces. This is ridiculous as it is a “hotel”. I had a very expensive dinner with my fiancée and when we couldn’t finish the food, we thought to bring it back to our room and was very disappointed and dissatisfied when the front desk made us aware that there was not any way we could heat up the food and there was nothing he could do for us. Also supposedly there is a restaurant to eat lunch and dinner but it was not open our entire stay. No way to get food and no way to heat up food. Needless to say I will definitely be returning to Rio and not staying at this hotel.
