Slow elevators, old rooms and no maintenance and magnetic card that doesn't work. The door had to be broken down. Good price, but it's an economy that is not worth it. I recommend paying more for a better hotel.

The apartament was dusty and the floor has not been cleaned in a while. Bathroom sinks were too small and the bathrooms were uncomfortable. The balcony was advertised as something amazing, but in fact it was facing a wall some meters away, with no view whatsoever. The apartment as w whole was advertised as refomed and new, but in fact was old with clear signs of not being under any maintenance at all. The master bedroom AC didn't work well, we could not turn it off and the remote didn't work also. The mini kitchen had no kitchen utensils whatsoever, not even a glass to drink water. The blankets available were not packed and looked like were used by the previous guests. On top of that, the blankets were of a cheap type, not appropriate for the type of room or the price paid. The amount paid was NOT the amount hired through *********** and we still don't know exactly what is it that we paid for. The Front Desk personnel was indifferent and made no effort whatsoever to answer our inquiries (which were nothing out of the ordinary).

Eu e minha esposa nos hospedamos nos dias 2 a 4/4/2022 neste hotel de uma rede de renome. Sinceramente fiquei surpreso negativamente com as condições do hotel. O quarto que ficamos foi na classe superior e encontramos um local “surrado” e em péssimas condições. Falta manutenção em vários itens. Sem falar no único elevador que estava disponível. O outro ficou parafinara manutenção em todo o período que nos hospedamos. O café da manhã também encontrei pão mofado, o que demonstra a falta de zelo por Partners equipe do restaurante do hotel. Penso que um hotel neste porte deveria zelar pela qualidade dos serviços que se propõe a disponibilizar. Ademais os valores da diária não são tão em conta. O único alento, e Motivo da nota que ainda demos, foi por conta da simpatia dos atendentes da recepção e do estacionamento. A localização é ótima. Mas sinceramente, não recomendo este hotel. Banheiro com mofo, sujo xeque necessita decretaria urgente! A pia entupida (causa nojo)

Ótimo custo / benefício Hotel bem localizado com comércios perto e a praia de Ipanema é também de Copacabana perto Acomodações com móveis antigos mas confortáveis Limpeza do hotel em geral muito boa e educação d funcionários também muito bom
