Perfectly located on the beach area with nice access to beach. Breakfast could have more variety but was ok. I would definitely stay there once again.

Everything was good. The check-in was smooth, even let us do it sooner, the breakfast was good, location is excellent.

There are no words to describe this experience. Wonderful hotel, staff note 1000, they treat us wonderfully, because it is low season they upgraded our room. On Sunday we rented a bike for 15 reais an hour and we had a beautiful ride. Their beach service gives us an extra comfort. Breakfast note 1000. Location is not mentioned. I want to go back to Rj not only for the city, but also for the Hotel. I never felt so good in my life. And the pool? Perfect. If you have the opportunity, don't think twice, just go!

Beautiful and well located hotel with beach service but in need of renovations. The health security part in the worst part of Covid with a 1000% increase in cases not only of covid but of H3N2o was the worst possible. They even demanded a vaccination card at the entrance, but the control of poorly educated people, without the minimum of education, especially Argentines, was nil. Nobody said anything about them even riding in elevators without masks. Guests at the reception were not alerted by the staff because they were not wearing masks and, amazingly, countless employees at the front such as receptionists and other employees either without masks or with them protecting their chins. Bizarre! My room just hadn't been cleaned on one of the days and the carpet and curtains were FILTHY, not dirty, FILTHY indeed. Finally, they offer free parking both on Trivago, both here and by phone, as they insisted on making sure and at checkout they charged R$ 30.00 per day. It's not even for the value but for the SACANAGE itself. I do not recommend this Hotel!

Hotel absolutamente incrível. Na melhor localização da Barra. Muito conforto, café da manhã incrível, mas o ponto alto, com toda certeza, são os profissionais extremamente bem preparados. A Lilian, camareira do 5 andar, fez de tudo para deixar nosso pet confortável e era extretamente atenciosa com a gente. Leonardo da recepção foi de uma prestreza sem tamanho quando pedi troca de quarto. Destaco também o Anderson e o Rivaldo que fizeram de tudo para nos ajudar quando tivemos problemas com o carro na saída. O gerente Fred além de tudo emprestou um cabo dele próprio para vijarmos em segurança. Ou seja, equipe sensacional e que é o maior diferencial do hotel!

Check-in demorado! Quartos precisam manutenção! Resto impecável!

The location of the hotel is excelent. The only week point is the internet in the common areas of the hotel was not good during our stayed.

It had lots of ants in our room, the phone wasn’t working properly but the fixed both problems immediately!! Overall the hotel was nice and walkable to the beach & dining there’s a tourist guy who sits outside the property all day which was comfy!! It definitely can use a few minor updates to the hotel & the breakfast wasn’t the best also the rooms are really small..

Property was nice long time ago… Lack of maintenance is very evident everywhere. Make all sense why Trump hotel ran away from this property
