I was very disappointed. Bathroom full of mold and mildew, haven’t been properly clean for a long while. One of the bed frame foot was broken, they put two twin bed together and they would separate at night while we sleep, what a bad experience. Definitely not worth the price we paid for and not what they advertised online. I feel that they miss guided us. I truly hope for a big discount.

The room space is OK, the location is good, the breakfast is OK, the hot water is not hot, the low-floor rooms are very close to the outdoor central air conditioner, and the noise outside the window is a bit loud. It is recommended to choose a high floor.

When I arrived at the hotel, they put me in a different room than the one I had booked. When I inquired, they informed me that there was no room available for that day, and it was possible to change only the next day. I spent the night in the room, woke up to the sound of leaks, wetting the room and part of my luggage. I managed to move to the other room, after moving in the bathroom had a problem, as the toilet was leaking, spreading feces across the floor. When I called reception, they put me in another room, smaller than the one reserved, again. Terrible experience!
