Great memories Good location, comfortable rooms and good tasty breakfast

Good stay and a good location, breakfast was lovely too. Only let down was we were unable to use the pool area after check out while we waited for transfer.

The hotel was okay. We had a flood in our room and asked for some compensation for the inconvenience, but we were ignored. Our clothes got wet, but they washed them for free.

The location is convenient to get to all destinations, the breakfast is quite good, rooms with balconies are good.

The noise from the outdoor air conditioner unit kept me from sleeping.

Trash service trash area room smelled like mold ! The lady at the front desk had a very bad attitude  0/10 experience

I was very disappointed. Bathroom full of mold and mildew, haven’t been properly clean for a long while. One of the bed frame foot was broken, they put two twin bed together and they would separate at night while we sleep, what a bad experience. Definitely not worth the price we paid for and not what they advertised online. I feel that they miss guided us. I truly hope for a big discount.

This hotel is good to stay , everything are nice and clean. The staff give supper service. I recommend to you guys visit and try it …

Well-located hotel. Close to the subway, bars, restaurants and the landfill. Breakfast with a good variety. The room could be cleaner because I found the sheets were not very clean on the first day. Very nice terrace with pool, sauna and gym. Good option, but I think they need to take a little more care with the cleaning.

For a hotel of the same price, the service and breakfast are average. When checking out, if you want to store your luggage for more than an hour, you will be charged 40 reais (I forgot the exact amount, but it's about the same price anyway); the internal facilities are just so-so.

Very good hotel, huge bed, breakfast with many options, the only point that leaves something to be desired is the gym which needs maintenance, the equipment leaves a lot to be desired as it doesn't work properly.
