Hotel policies should be changed. Currently you have to checkin at 12pm, and checkout at 10am, after which time you completely loose access to the resort. We’ve never seen hotels offering 22 hours stay for the price. After talking to hotel staff who were very arrogant and impatient with our questions about this, we were offered a late checkout that consisted of a payment per extra hour that we decide to stay in. It’s a resort that you come to enjoy the hot springs, we could have returned the room at 10am and be allowed to stay in the resort until 3pm at least without paying for extra hours. Overall, resort is beautiful, nice. Parque das Fontes and its hot springs is incredible; Hot Park is average, it needs investment in new slides and more attractions. Paid attractions such as scuba diving are overpriced. Food, drinks, snacks, everything inside the resort is overpriced. We just thought that is too much money for what you get. Many 5 stars hotels around the world offer much more for much less. We will not recommend the resort to family and friends.

We have a great experience in this hotel, we have a home for two adults and a baby with the hot park, breakfast and dinner. The reception is very good, you enter with the car on the front door and people come to help you and with a car to load your bags, the car of the a stored in the parking with access at any time, in check in all information is provided and the doubts are removed, we received two door cards and two magnetic cracks that served for all hosting and also all the passage in the park, It records the meals and everything you want to buy, and you will be able to make your account at the end of the hosting. The hotel has a swimming pool, washing machine, towels for the park (cost) , hygiene products are fantastic l, water, air conditioning and TV. All the attendants are careful and efficient, especially at the reception Sebastian that helped us several times. The transfer to the park is the same as the transfer from 20 in 20 minutes and we never need to wait more than that (ampering some people to speak the opposite in their assessments).

Sprawling hotel with decent accommodations. The hotel is very close to the Water Park, which is the main attraction. Food is buffet style, decent for breakfast, average for lunch and dinner. Outside options (Like Pizzaria Oliva) are cheaper and better. Staff is very friendly and useful. The check-out time is outright outrageous: 10 a.m. 😱. When vacationing you may still be asleep at that hour or maybe just having breakfast. The checkout, in contrast, can be as early as 12 noon, which is good. The wifi works decently only in the main complex, in the rooms is very variable (you have a signal but little or no bandwidth). Overall, a decent choice, not much to write home about.
