Location was good away from traffic staff were great and owner welcomed us with garlands and pictures

Room is clear but the bedsheets are dirty as well as blanket. Hotel don't have restaurant although they have give package including breakfast and needs to walk 700 to their another property for the same.

Booked in shivansh inn resort, wasted quiet a lot of time locating the property even after extensive help from google maps. The phone nos provided in the invoice were not being answered, so no help from resort there. The property is located on a narrow gully, invisible from main road and no sign board exists on the main road or on approach road. Upon reaching the property, was redirected to another property shivansh greens about 500 meters away.

After an inaugural trip to this wonderful hotel last year, I eagerly returned this September… Such a pleasure to return, this hotel has gone from strength to strength. An ideal spot for solo and group travellers alike, welcoming and comfortable, great spacious rooms, a large garden, a fantastic restaurant serving a wide selection of food, great WiFi connection, all mod cons! So happy to see this hotel thriving, it’s a great asset in Tapovan and an absolute gem! But again it’s the people that really make a place and I give eternal thanks to all the guys who welcomed me so kindly, brilliant characters who work soo hard and are so much fun! Bijendraji, Prabhuji, Pradeep, Satveer, Siyaram (pathi) Akilesh, Saurab, Ajay, Naveen, Lakshmi (devi) Bhandariji, Amit, Rahul, everyone -love you all! Lots of love and luck always. we stayed on 8th sept for 2 night and 3 days. property is clean and rooms have ample space also each room has balcony. there was a stream flowing in back side of property which was very good and sound soothing. food is also good but they need to improve on breakfast buffet, both day they served same breakfast 😀, idly and poha. staff is very supporting and responsive. must stay in next trip.

It is an amazing property to stay. I went with my friend with a couple of days and we enjoyed it a lot. The staff is very helping, and polite. I recommend the property to everyone for a peaceful stay!

One of the best and most exquisite hotel present in the city. Location,staff,and parking facilities make it even more pleasant and best hotel to stay in foothills of Himalayas.All the popular locations are nearby.

The stay was overall good. The room was neat and clean. Breakfast was good as well. The staff was friendly and cooperative. The location and views from the room were excellent. But the hotel can improve on the infra like lift etc.

the hotel staff was polite. food was okay. excellent cleanliness. but the best part is meeting front desk attendant Sachin. His polite but excellent suggestions on getting the best sight-seeing experience is commendable. May he get success in his career.

The place is really good in terms of hygiene cleaniess, providing services we stayed there for two days with family and it was a satisfactory experience .the staff was helpful and most importantly humble and generous. The food is very good and gave us home TATSTE which is amazing and gave us multiple options to eat.pls make some kid zone area also ***** with yoga/ spa service also.

This is a quaint place to stay in the heart of rishikesh, yet away from the hustle of the commercial street. The staff is excellent and the rooms are extremely clean and well kept. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the housekeeping is prompt.
