Reservamos via trip.com pagando la tarifa completa 119,76 por una noche. Al llegar nos quieren cobrar 91€ extras sin explicar en concepto de que. La persona encargada es el sereno de seguridad, no hay nadie más, nos dice que sin pagar no nos da la habitación. Aún cuando le mostramos la facturación. Se reusa a llamar ni resolver. Luego de gran insistencia ya que era muy entrada la noche y estábamos con mi niña de 10 años y mi mujer en ese lugar oscuro y lejos de todo. El tipo llama y le dicen que me tiene que retener la tarjeta hasta que a la mañana lo resuelvan las personas a cargo. Delincuentes!!! Eso e ilegal!!!

Do not stay here if you want to sleep it is the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in doors slaming & banging all night the room walls are paper thin theres people coming and going all night long and it keeps you awake! You can also hear the motorway all night!
