Decent hotel with no staff working on the counter. The location is perfect, which makes the solo travelling much easier

A wonderful stay — clean rooms, friendly staff, and great service all around

Easy place to find and access. Room comfortable and warm. Bathrooms were plentiful and so there was never a wait. Kitchen area was a pleasant place to meet other people staying at the accommodation.

check in was very easy, its very clean room and bathrooms clean. Breakfast is self service which was a bit hectic with other people in the kitchen as you have cook your own eggs and wash pan and pots up, we had a room on the back, the noise all night from a gentleman that lives in the house at the back was unbelievable all night coughing in his garden and talking on his phone till 4am it was impossible to sleep. The area to the back of the hotel is not very nice. Due to this situation i will not return

The accommodation was very clean. It is also very close to central Cardiff and the stadium. The area in the other direction a bit dodgy though! Room was comfortable and it was excellent to have Netflix and Disney available and in many different languages. Check in and out extremely easy. Breakfast was good. The only downside for me was I was unaware how many stairs there would be and they were narrow. If I knew this previously I would have requested a ground floor room or somewhere else.Also, whilst I did not have any trouble with the parking as I have a blue badge, it is quite difficult - in Cardiff as a whole! There are bays opposite but be careful as there were a lot of wardens in the street…especially Sunday morning when there is a lovely food market at the other end of the street. Overall, a really lovely place to stay especially for shared bathroom accommodation.

Our 4th time in this flat. We stayed on the ground floor in room 14. Very confy bed znd largd wuiet toom. The common area are extremely cleaned, relaxing atmosphere , well situated flat. Nice bar ' on the river"next to flat. WIFI available anywhere in fl Very easy check in

Super clean B and B, shared facilities were spotless 24/7! Really close to Cardiff Central and the city centre. Lovely added touch of complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits and can use kitchen facilities. Great service and have stayed multiple times. Perhaps with young kids request to stay on lower floor levels as the banisters are quite low

Had stayed in another property owned by Abi and Charles previously but due to Rugby Internationals all of Cardiff was full and pricey. Riverhouse was nicer than expected, very comfortable, good location, perfect for stadium access. Very clean and well kept, had a homely feel to the place. Bathrooms and toilets kept very clean and all very modern. Access is all electronic with fob for room entry and house entry by code. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Booked directly for a better deal.
