Paintbrush Motel

We had a very disappointing experience during our recent stay. The room was extremely dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor. There was visible garbage under the beds, which raised immediate concerns about cleanliness. Even more concerning, the following day we observed cockroaches coming out of the electrical outlets in the bathroom. Due to these conditions, we checked out a day early. Unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment of the issue, offer to resolve it, or reimbursement provided when I raised the concern to management. We have stayed at this property for years when visiting Riverton, which makes this experience especially frustrating. Based on this stay, we will not be returning.

Room was gross. Towels were ratty, torn and stained. There was no remote for the TV. The furniture was all stained.

Very dirty, smell bad couldn’t understand the man that checked us in at all he didn’t speak English. It was just disgustingly filthy.

The room was comfortable and clean but dated. Internet was weak at best, probably distance from the transmitter.

Room was very clean, very comfortable mattress, and I slept well. That's the best you can say for a hotel.

I had to beat on the staff resident door to get anyone to help me check in. English was from poor to non-existent. Ice machine was putting out blocks of ice. Needs to be replaced. AC did not work. Frankly, ******* needs to drop this site from their list of properties.

Way over-rated! Receptionist didn't speak English. Burned-out lightbulb in an already very poorly-lit room. Lampshades torn. VERY soft bed. Very mid-century vintage because nothing has been replaced since the place was first built! Cannot at all understand how this motel has been so highly-rated!

Stay away Paintbrush over booked. Gave us a room at lander inn. As they own them both. Promised an upgraded room. Called on morning of check in to leave a credit card and notify them we would be late. Was told not to worry we were good to go. Showed up to check in was told they gave our room away. Drove to paintbrush. To talk to owner. My family was yelled at by an older gentleman because he had no rooms and spoke no English. Finally got put on the phone with owner he called Riverton inn which now magically had a room. So we drove back checked in. Room was in terrible shape smelled horrible and beds were dirty stained chairs. Definitely had bugs at one time or another. Worst experience I’ve had anywhere.

Needs improvement Room was not very clean, oily substance on dresser and not all the covers on plugins. Floor was not very clean.
