Honest Customer The room was surface level clean. But the shower definitely needed attention. The telephone was even connected to the wall. Their was burn marks all along the tub. There was build up around the shower head. At least the water was warm. Terrible customer service from the staff. Also if u have to speak to your customers through a bullet proof window. It’s definitely not a safe area.

There is no free breakfast, got to room on 2nd floor, steps only. No air was on, stifling heat, took hours to cool down. No outlets in bathroom worked. Coffee maker in room didn't work. No breakfast and no coffee in lobby.

Bathroom floor had ashes in it. No breakfast because of renovations. Sheets have holes in them. Carpet and armchair were dirty.

Lobby under construction It was a good hotel in not so great neighborhood. Service was fine but the lobby was closed and they didn't offer breakfast as they supposed to do. The room was clean but needed some renovations. It had cracks in the bathtub. Maybe new carpet because it smelled a little . The pool was nice and warm and without much chemicals which is always my concern. Overall I would choose another hotel for the same money with breakfast available.

Front desk clerk wasn’t available at check in or check out. I had to wait, with bags in hand outside in the front. Room was FILTHY AND NASTY!!!

Not bad Stay was ok. No hot water in sink and no water stopper for the tub to take a bath so shower only. No iron and all lights didn't work. Price was economical. Location was quiet so that’s a plus.

The area around the hotel was rough….getto like and runned down but the hotel was great if in a better area….its a dead town
