I was extremely disappointed with my stay. I booked this hotel expecting a peaceful retreat, but nothing was mentioned about the construction site right next door. The noise was relentless all night—on the second night, construction even started at 9:45 p.m. I have video evidence of the disruption. When I approached reception about it, they were unable to help since the construction is governmental and out of their control. This experience completely ruined my stay, and I cannot recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a quiet environment.

Excellent location and size for family travel. Breakfast not v healthy. Just bread and salami. Bedrooms v clean. Bathroom not so clean. Not enough towels available. V friendly and helpful reception staff.

Overall the room and experience was pretty good - big room, with washing machine, microwave and various other things. There wasn't much service, but I want really looking for any, just a place to stay. There wasn't much in the immediate area, but it seems you need to drive/everywhere in Riyadh anyways, so it's pretty centrally located thinking about that. A weird smell initially in the bathroom upon arrival, but that seemed to dissipate... Overall a pretty good option if you get a good deal!

Breakfast is a Western-style fast food delivered to the room. There is a complete set of facilities including a washing machine, microwave oven and refrigerator. However, the quality of the equipment and facilities is average and the bathroom is a bit uncomfortable. However, the service is still very timely.

The water from the tap is yellow, there are yellow stains in several places in the bathroom, the soundproofing is not good, anyone passing by can hear the sound. Even with this, a domestic hotel charges 1000 RMB a night

Transportation is convenient, parking is also very convenient, and there is an underground parking lot There are businesses in the nearby blocks, which is also very convenient. The room is quite big, fully equipped, clean and hygienic Overall it was very quiet and I did have a good sleep

The room towels and floor mats were not replaced in time, so you need to ask for them. It would be better if the hotel can arrange it by itself.

Stayed for six consecutive days and overall felt good. The service is great, breakfast is delivered to the room every day. The only drawback is that the breakfast is the same every day, which is not particularly friendly for people staying for multiple days.

Terrible experience. The hotel rooms are tired and require a healthy discount from the pictures shown. The room listed a washer/dryer machine but there as none in the room (empty spot where there should have been one). As the front desk manager could not/would not arrange another room that had a washer/dryer, I left the hotel in search of another one late at night.
