The hotel felt completely refreshed, with excellent facilities. The decor and in-room amenities were flawless. The front desk also offered chilled drinks and Arabic coffee and sweets all day. The location is superb, close to a metro station, not too noisy, yet very convenient for getting to the city center.

It's a good place, suitable for business trips and solo travel. The room is relatively quiet. The only downside is the severe traffic in Riyadh; whenever I leave around 3 or 4 PM, it's nothing but red lights and traffic jams.

Overall, everything was excellent. However, the staff handover/communication needs improvement. When I visited the fitness center at night, there was no staff member at the counter, and I waited over 10 minutes for a towel—even though I had already informed the fitness staff earlier that morning.
