Supper luxurious Hotel. Everything is 100% perfect and more than perfect. The staff 24 hours fast service on front desk. I strongly recommend this hotel for all types of travelers to Riyadh it’s near from Metro station and restaurants/cafe in all street around. The breakfast is very rich and delicious a lot of varieties. The best thing the experience of daily Saudi coffee in the traditional room at the lobby. Mix between culture and modern. My plan next time to bring my family also to this hotel.

Luxury in appearance, disappointing in service. My luggage was delayed on arrival, staff at breakfast couldn’t find my name despite it being clearly listed, and at checkout I was wrongly charged for something I never requested (later admitted as their mistake). Throughout all these situations, the staff showed noticeable coldness and lack of interest—few smiles, little warmth, and minimal effort to make a guest feel welcome. A hotel with this level of elegance should offer service that truly matches it.

As i am coming from “Dubai” the world class city with the best hospitality levels i would say that this hotel stay was “One of my best staycations ever across the world”. Very high level of quality in service and i am giving this hotel 7 stars. So I difintely recommend this hotel for any couples, family or groups.
