It had many problems during my three day stay. Dirty sheets were left on the floor. Pillows had stains. When I told them not to come in, they did so any ways.

The room was great and spacious, and there weren't many Chinese guests. The front desk staff clearly remembered my room number and were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent, perfect for the Chinese palate. I'll definitely choose this place again when I visit Saudi Arabia next year! Every day, as soon as my taxi pulled up, a bellboy would be there to open the door and help with my luggage.

The bathroom has no loafs, tooth brush, toothpaste The bathroom door was broken and can’t be closed Overall the bathroom wasn’t clean The wifi was very slow There is no prayer rug I asked the receptionist twice for these issues and he said I will send someone but he didn’t. pros. The location is very good Breakfast has a lot of food options and high quality Overall I don’t recommend it compared with the price it was expected a better service

Guys at the reception and the concierge were kind and very professional. The location is perfect to reach any spot. Common areas very curated. Tha bathroom is huge. Room cleanliness can be improved.
