價格不算很便宜，雖然利雅得的酒店都比較貴，但是這家性價比很低。就是那種很普通的公寓，國內100塊錢一晚的那種。設施很簡陋，衞生很一般，基本無服務可言。停車比較方便可能是唯一的優點了。
