I had to check-in late (4am) and the administration kindly accommodated my request. Convenient location between the airport and the city, have nice tea shops nearby. The only drawbacks are absence of the hairdryer; also, had to request the towels as they were not in the apartment in the first place.

This is the worst hotel and service in Saudi Arabia. Ctrip can actually put it on the shelves, which shows that it is extremely irresponsible. 1. The room is not cleaned every day. 2. Xing is given a small towel and water is not provided. 3. The bathroom is charged. I go to the toilet every day and face the single-piece glass in the shower room. 4. The front desk never responds to the instructions given to me. 5. I paid and confirmed the order number on Ctrip, but the hotel has not received it yet, so I refuse to check in! 6. The overall smell of the room is very bad. 7. The sheets are very dirty! Ctrip is extremely irresponsible
