Car park is a nightmare especially if you have a big car "TRUCK" everything else is good

The hotel is in the city center with an excellent location. The room facilities are relatively new. The breakfast is very rich. The breakfast is excellent for Riyadh, but the room is very small and the price is high.

The quality of Saudi people is very rubbish

Nice hotel but: - some staff does not speak good english - the middle threadmill needs to be stabilized

The property is very nice. The only negative is that the bed is very hard. And when you travel the bed is so important. I have stayed many places in Riyadh and it is difficult to find a comfortable hotel.

The real gem of this place is the staff, a shout out to Mr Faisal and Ms Asmaa who dealt with my concerns and turned my stay to a really good experience. The location is very convenient but this area gets really busy, so make sure you are ok with some unavoidable noise especially during rush hours.

My room was facing Olaya street. I couldn’t sleep all night. It was terrible.

Weak wifi, tiny rooms, slow and out of order elevators, in certain rooms can't open curtains for privacy.
