Very charming hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms, all the crew members are absolutely adorable. Located in front of the train station, Le Grand hotel is also 10 mini walking from the very lively pedestrian street in Roanne, super convenient. Thank you again to the wonderful team to make my stay so easy and relaxing!

Staff were very helpful, and breakfast was good. Wasn't much going on in the immediate area, maybe because it was Bastille Day and a Sunday when we visited. Hotel room was quiet considering it very near the station.

The staff were excellent, friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately Our room was in poor condition. The air conditioner was subpar and worked poorly, the sink in the bathroom did not drain and the cable for the television was frayed and reception was poor. The room needs attention.

The hotel is a little old but very comfortable and clean. Staff were charming.

The room was simply furnished but generous in size and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast, not elegant, but quite generous and more than enough to fuel me for the day. Being right across the street from the train station is a real advantage. I was impressed that the hallway was hung with original art, not run of the mill stuff.

The site was infront of the town train station which is not bad but the hotel is poor and need some works to be able to classifyed as 4 stars.
