The rooms are really blah blah, very small TV, not comfortable mattress, the bathtub was not very clean when we arrived, the breakfasts are not bad.

Very clean, safe, excellent staff Extremely friendly staff, helped to find restaurant and map. Breakfast good value and tea leaf tea! One member of staff dusting the windows at 22:30. Did I say very good value?

Very tired rooms Unfortunately this is the worst Kyriad we have stayed in. It is very tired and needs a lot of work doing to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Air con wouldn’t work, and it was very warm in the room but unfortunately noisy with the window open, which we had to endure, no kettle, not enough towels. The rooms are very noisy, with I’m guessing, limited soundproofing. The hairdryer however was one of the best I have used in a hotel. The reception and breakfast areas are pleasant. Very limited menu in the restaurant. The staff were friendly.

Supprimer les femmes de ménage vous ferez des econ Accueil parfait serviable aimable. Grosse déception sur le ménage. Lit juste recouvert sol non nettoyé, sdb non faite , après réclamation le lendemain la chambre était propre. Est ce normal de payer ce prix et ne pas avoir le service demandé. Vous vous demandez pourquoi les clients s orientent vers les airbnb , …. Très déçue,

Ancien campanile reconverti en Kiriad, mériterait un rafraichissement mais cela reste correct. J'ai séjourné avec mon chien, j'ai ramassé ses déjections mais malgré tout je n'ai pas pû déposer cela dans une poubelle car il n'y a absolument aucune poubelle sur le parking ou autour du bâtiment ! Vraiment dommage ! Une ou 2 poubelles a l'extérieur svp ! Sinon équipe très accueillante charmante et professionnelle.
