Hyatt Place Pittsburgh Airport/Robinson Mall

Overall was a very comfortable stay! I was in town with friends for the weekend for a mutual friend’s wedding and the Hyatt was very conveniently located near both the airport and wedding venue. The room was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel breakfast was decent and the hotel staff were friendly, but seemed short-staffed at times. Would stay again for comfort and convenience.

None of the outlets worked and one of the lights was out and also it wasn’t enough towels or wash clothes we had to go get that ourself it was some in the room but not enough.

The hotel is undergoing renovations, but it seems to be well-thought out in terms of minimizing guest disturbance and having useable common areas.

The room was the only thing decent. Everything from the elevators to the breakfast plates were dirty. This was not up to what we new Hyatt hotels to be.

Room was very clean and comfortable as well as spacious . Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is under renovation but very organized to the point nothing was an inconvenience. Would absolutely stay here again if in Pittsburgh location was great .

The room was okay, a weird layout with extra walls randomly around. Bathroom was small, hard to close the door if standing in front of the toilet. Breakfast was not good, boring and cold even though we were there in the middle of the time available. Our keys died every day and the staff, busy watching tv, made it our fault. Location was convenient and quiet enough.

New spacious rooms/ sitting area includes refrigerator and microwave. Very clean. Breakfast included. . Friendly desk staff - Sherri who offered advice where to go for dinner. Good price.

Glad we had a renovated room. One elevator was very annoying. Breakfast area was not kept up with or refilled. Selection was limited. Coffee was actually terrible, extremely weak and a major disappointment. Construction is a major eyesore.
