Motel 6 Pittsburgh, PA - Crafton

My original hotel was out of business, so you sent me here as a replacement. I am not one to complain, but this was terrible. The hotel should not be allowed to be open, let alone on your site. I have been a customer of yours forever, and this is first time I had a problem like this. The hotel is dirty and literally falling down. The ceiling in our room was coming apart, the drain in shower was rusted and had no cover, the sheets were dirty, the lobby felt unsafe, the HVAC sounded like an engine running, on and on. I am extremely displeased with not only the hotel, but the fact that you sent us there as a replacement after the debacle at the first one.

The days I was at motel 6 the weather was cold and rainish..it was cold I went to the front desk and told them the room was cold and asked them how could I turn the heat on ...the told me turn the AC off....we don't have heat !!!!! I left the Motel 6 and even if I paid for the full week I checked in a different hotel. TO AVOID A NIGHTMARE DON'T GO TO MOTEL 6 IN CRAFTON!!!!! BAD BAD BAD !!!!

Didn’t like the roaches, broken shower drain, or rude management. Wish there was a way no one would ever have to stay at this garbage hole again.

This is a drug infested hotel the rooms are old looking the air conditioning was not working, the staff was not helpful

Stayed one night 3/28. Booked two rooms. Only perk was the dog was free. Only reason why we booked. Area wasn’t the best. Motel is severely runner down. Rooms were awful. I understand it’s a motel, but I’ve stayed in motels before and this was by far the worse. I killed two big bugs, the hotel controlled if we had heat or air bc I told the front desk that I couldn’t turn the ac on and it was hot in my room. Told me the ac hasn’t been turned ok yet for the motel. Shower door was broke as well as the shower head. Bed was awful. You could hear everything. Walls were so thin and window was too. Worse sleep ever. I could go on and on. Thank goodness it was only one night.

Stay away from here. Rude staff, power went out last night there and we asked if we would get any accommodation due to that and they said no. My dog was blamed for a pile of poop that was already in their lobby. They charged my card a huge deposit, and lied about how much they charged and I showed them my bill and they said I need to call my bank. There was a cockroach that came crawling out of the one room. I been waiting for my deposit refund, they said they charged me a cleanup fee, which is some crap bc we had cleaned up that room before we had left, my dog didn’t leave no mess for them to clean up. I’m very angry and disgusted with this place. Stay away from here!!!

Property was ok but the room was terrible. Floors dirty, bad stench of cigarettes which left anything you brought smelling. The sheets were staind in the exact same spot, probably not washed and having to buy our own. Key cards did not work and shower door did not close. Ive stayed in some bad hotels only needing a place to lay my head but this was bad and doesn't come close to what the website perceives!!
