OTTIMA ACCOGLIENZA E MASSIMA DISPONIBILITA' DELLA PROPRIETA'. PULITO, CONFORTEVOLE. TRE GIORNI DI MASSIMO RELAX. COLAZIONE PUNTUALE E SERVITA ANCHE PRIMA DELL'ORARIO PREVISTO PER PERMETTERE AGLI SCIATORI DI RAGGIOUNFERE PRESTO LE PISTE. STEFANO ELMO

The hotel was very clean and high standards for only 3 stars, very close from city centre and easy access to all attractions around. I’m very happy with hotels services and I would definitely recommend this place.

Struttura tradizionale, molto pulito il personale è molto cortese . Le stanze sono molto piccole con arredo da baita. Purtroppo i prezzi sono un po alti . Il buffet della colazione era molto scarso.Il locale no ha posteggio per la macchina, ma si affaccia sulla stazione del treno di roccaraso.

Struttura tipica montana, calda e ospitale. Personale gentile e piatti davvero buoni. Unica nota negativa è la scarsa disponibilità di parcheggiare la macchina in zona. Sicuramente sarà un punto di riferimento per i miei soggiorni a Roccaraso.

Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla cortesia e dalla gentilezza del personale di questo Hotel. Ci hanno portato con la loro macchina sui vari impianti perché non siamo motorizzati e ci hanno sempre ben consigliato. Una menzione per Alice che ha fatto divertire tanto la nostra bambina.

Di viaggi ne ho fatti diversi,ma mai mai mai ho trovato delle persone della cortesia che abbiamo trovato in questo hotel,nessuna escluso.Dal personale alla reception a quello di sala alle signore che si occupano di riordinare le stanze,senza dimenticare Alice!! Sembrava davvero di essere in famiglia,una gentilezza mai vissuta prima durante un viaggio. Dico solo che l ultimo giorno,dopo aver lasciato l hotel e fatto un giro in paese,prima di rimetterci in viaggio cercavamo un posto dove far preparare una semplice pasta in bianco per il viaggio per la nostra bimba…dopo un paio di rifiuti ho chiamato direttamente in hotel chiedendo di farci questa cortesia,e non solo sono stati disponibilissimi,ma ce l hanno anche offerta! In tutto ciò non dimentichiamo l ottima cucina e colazione ,una simpatica animazione e camere sempre pulite!! Quando torneremo a Roccaraso,alloggeremo nuovamente lì al 100%

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel il fine settimana in 7 persone: cortesia di TUTTO il personale, ottima cucina compresa l ' opzione senza glutine e eccellente pulizia. Che pretendere di più!!! Se dovessimo tornate a Roccaraso , sarà una sicura replica!

Buongiorno struttura che non si smentisce mai vado ogni anno in questa struttura se non due , la sig ra Linda è gentilissima e anche il suo staff è gentilissimo , struttura molto pulita e accogliente
