We needed a place for a small family to stay for a couple of days close to the Mayo Clinic. . Having 2 quiet separate bedrooms and a nice living area with dining room and full kitchen made our stay very pleasant and comfortable.

All our expectations were fully met, Exxclent Apartments, staff and location where for the last several visits since 2015 till February 2024 we only stay at this property as we feel that we are at home in safe environment with everything is close by

Nice , quiet , clean and lovely place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I needed extra kitchen pot they brought it to me in 3 minutes. One of the best thing of the place is , it's location.

One of worst hotels!!!!! Internet did not work well Bare amenities No drinking water provided No cleaning done I should give minus rating Positive is only big space (apartment), near to Galleria and amenities as well as Mayo Clinic Price not cheap

We came to Rochester to go to the Mayo clinic and stayed at the Broadway Plaza. it was awesome how the hotel was hooked up to the Mayo Clinic and we didn't have to go outside to get there. the parkade is hooked up to the hotel and our rental car never got snow on it and was easily accessible. the room was very clean and had everything we needed for the week stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great alternative for Mayo Clinic visit, especially if you're going to be here for several days. We had a 1 bedroom apartment for less than we've paid for a room at nearby hotels. Full kitchen let us prepare most meals in, saving a ton of money and simplifying life. Only drawback: Although it is connected to the clinic by skywalks and tunnels, it makes for a long walk. If you're not able to walk a couple of miles a day, this is probably not for you. First class apartment, super clean, safe and comfortable, with restaurants nearby (without stepping outside).

Our suite was perfect for our week+ stay visiting the Mayo Clinic. There was a nice kitchen, including laundry. We loved the location, and walked everywhere! The river walk was lovely, and walking around downtown, and of course to the clinic appointments was great. We didn’t require a car or any other transportation except shuttles to and from the airport. We would absolutely recommend Broadway Plaza and intend to return.

Our son had appointments at Mayo and we needed 2 rooms for 2 night and close to Mayo buildings.. Broadway Plaza met all our needs. We had a room with 2 bedrooms and we were connected to the skyway as well as a short walk to the appointments. We were very pleased with the room and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
