We have traveled all across usa and this place is amazing. First proper non smoking motel.
So clean great staff great location all round great place.
Beds are 10/10.

No working carts , no working elevator and when I requested a room on the bottom floor my reservation was canceled with no regard by the front desk personnel with no regard that it was midnight and after driving 10 hours Ì had no place to stay. Didnt offer to call another hotel only suggested Ì find a rest area and sleep in my car

I stated for three days and they never cleaned my room, never emptied the trash and didn’t give me clean towels.

We spent three nights. Plenty of charging/plugs. Very clean. The only downside was our room was next to exit door, which is not quiet.

The room temperature was 80 degrees on a day when the heat was well over 100.
The bed was entirely too soft. The towels were worn out and small.
There were large red wine stains all over the carpet in the room.

Basic Room
Check in was fast and easy. The room was just basic nothing extra. You got what you paid for. The bed linen did have some tiny spots on it. (Not many) The shower doors would open on their own at times. The room door was off track and had to be pushed closed.

Great hotel! Clean and well kept. The rooms are very large and spacious! It's close to a lot of convenient shopping and restaurants. We would stay here again!
