Days Inn by Wyndham Rock Hill

Great customer service , Breakfast is good and fulfilling options to choose from, there were a few bugs in the room and the room wasn’t exactly like the pictures but didn’t look horrible . It was a good stay but wouldn’t stay again because of the bugs. I lkilled 4 bugs in my two day stay . Floor wasn’t that clean either .

Breakfast was a little underwhelming. It started at 6:30 and I was there at 7:05 and already was out of most of the food and no one was attending to replenish what was missing.

It's in the hood and police are everywhere

Holet was close to the ball parks we were playing at but the tv was confusing to use and the faucets were hard to use . Beds were hard

Room 1 loaded with roaches and water room 2 was complete opposite almost a different total. There were so many lights it could kill bacteria outside the door pool was closed don’t stay here

The place is doable for a QUICK stay as far as like maybe a night or so I don't feel like it was what I expected from the pictures I seen but I also could have further researched as well. The free breakfast is ok but not many options give . The eggs are frozen. Staff that I interacted with was kind and helpful. Overall thanks for the stay uncertain if I would book again.

Room was clean Pool was clean closes to early Good for the price I would stay here again

The front desk clerk was very rude. The hotel itself was decent, the rooms were clean but the front desk clerk who was there that night when I checked in was very rude, and lack professionalism.

The lobby looks nice, but the room, not so much. The shower didn't work, the vinyl chair at the desk was peeling, and old toilet took awhile to flush. There are other hotels in the area to choose from.
